Women at risk of hereditary breast cancer 'should be screened in their thirties'

Breast Cancer Ireland is in full support of Breast Cancer Now’s recent study, which found that mammograms for women from ages 35-39, with a moderate or high risk of breast cancer, were able to detect tumours at a significantly smaller size compared to those found in women screened later in life.
