Rosie Connolly supporting Breast Cancer Ireland

Breast Cancer Ireland is delighted with the support from Rosie Connolly’s 4th ARQ campaign during the month of October. The design and sale of a bespoke, pink lounge set was developed specifically with a view to raising funds for Breast Cancer Ireland’s Education & Awareness programmes, raising over €73,000.

The cheque was presented to Aisling Hurley, CEO of Breast Cancer Ireland at Manor House School in Raheny, where Transition Year students attended a BCI breast health awareness presentation, hosted by BCI Education & Outreach Co-ordinator, Olivia Carpenter. Also in attendance was Emma Cassidy, a Breast Cancer Ireland Patient Supporter and teacher at Manor House School, Raheny.

These unique and complimentary education/awareness programmes are run by Breast Cancer Ireland all over Ireland, promoting breast health education to Transition Year students, teachers, corporate and community groups nationwide.
