Breast Cancer Ireland is delighted with new research from Baylor College of Medicine (based in Houston, Texas, USA) that highlights DPYSL3 as an outlier gene in triple-negative breast cancer. It is typically associated with younger women diagnosed and for whom traditional standard treatments are generally prescribed.
