Whether you’re a caring neighbour, a community champion, or a local business owner, hosting a Pink Coffee Morning for Breast Cancer Ireland is a simple, powerful way to do good while enjoying time with people you care about.

Many workplaces such as local hotels, hair salons, and corporate teams have already hosted branded Pink Coffee Mornings to show their support for Breast Cancer Ireland.

Once you’ve signed up, it’s just about deciding when, where and who!

HOW IT WORKS



WHEN

A Friday mid-morning at home, a weekday coffee break in the office, or a relaxed weekend brunch can all work brilliantly.

Give yourself around 6–8 weeks to invite people, gather supplies and spread the word.



WHERE

Your Pink Coffee Morning doesn’t need to be fancy:

At home with the kettle on and some treats
In your workplace during a break
In a local café, club or community space

Choose somewhere comfortable where people can chat and mingle.:



WHO

Think about:

Family, friends, neighbours and colleagues
Parents from school, sports teams or local groups
Anyone who loves coffee, cake and a good cause

Tell them to wear pink! The more, the merrier (and the more impact you will make). Send friendly invites by message, WhatsApp, email or social media and include a link to your fundraising page.

MAKE IT FUN & BOOST DONATIONS

Decorate the room with as much pink as possible
Serve pink coloured treats
Run a bake-off and ask guests to vote with coins for their favourite cake
Add a “swap shop” for pre-loved items with a small donation to take part
Give a small prize for the best-dressed

Businesses have also added their own flair

Bakeries have donated pink cupcakes, offices have held coffee-and-cake competitions between teams, and local clubs have hosted after-hours Pink Coffee Nights with music and raffles.

FUNDRAISE YOUR WAY

Once you’ve chosen your date, venue and guest list, it’s time to collect donations. You can do this online through your personal fundraising page, with cash on the day



Share your fundraising page link with guests and on social media so people can donate before, during and after your event.



Prefer cash? You can collect it on the day and send the total directly to the Breast Cancer Ireland bank account, using your name or event name as the reference:
