Clinical trial 09/07 investigating tumour heterogeneity in patients with advanced breast cancer

Ron Tuyay is a new member of the clinical breast cancer team. Ron is focusing on our ongoing longitudinal breast cancer study C-TRIAL 09/07. This work looks to recruit breast cancer patients on initial diagnosis and follows them over their treatment journey. This multi-omic study has characterised alterations in DNA mutations, gene expression, DNA methylation and RNA methylation with disease progression. It is one of the largest such studies world-wide.
