Aisling Hurley is Founder and CEO of Breast Cancer Ireland (BCI), where she leads with a clear ambition: to rewrite the future of breast cancer, helping to create a generation that ends the disease.

For over 12 years, Aisling has been a passionate advocate for breast cancer awareness, early detection and pioneering research, empowering people to take ownership of their breast health while driving investment in research that delivers better treatments, better outcomes and more tomorrows for patients.

Under her leadership, BCI has raised over €40 million, investing more than €20 million in pioneering research& Clinical Trials, while significantly expanding its nationwide education and awareness programmes. She has also championed strong governance and accountability, with Breast Cancer Ireland achieving its annual Triple Lock status.

Today, Aisling continues to unite researchers, clinicians, patients, supporters and partners around one shared purpose: to accelerate progress and create a future where breast cancer can be treated effectively for all, allowing patients to live well beyond their diagnosis.
