New study suggests that epigenetic changes may predict recurrence following aromatase inhibitor therapy

Breast Cancer Ireland applauds the efforts of the University of Edinburgh, as it complements its support for the Breast Research Centre at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Scientists at the RCSI are also exploring the likelihood of recurrence in a certain cohort of breast cancer patients diagnosed, and are examining ways to combat this.
