Gavin Carpenter

Gavin Carpenter is an experienced business leader with more than 25 years’ experience across technology, telecommunications, sales and operations. He has served as CEO of Phonovation since 2006, leading the development and growth of innovative communications and technology services and establishing the company as a leading provider in the Irish market.

Prior to Phonovation, Gavin held senior management positions with Esat Telecom, Energis and Colt Telecom. He brings extensive experience in strategy, business transformation, commercial growth and operational excellence, with a particular focus on Lean principles and continuous improvement.

Gavin holds qualifications in Business Management and a Master’s in Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Business School and is an award-winning Lean Principles Practitioner and Change Management Leader.
