Aisling joined the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2005 as Director of Development to lead and manage the College’s ambitious development plans. As part of this role she manages the ongoing development of Breast Cancer Ireland at RCSI, a key strategic focus area within the organisation
Samantha McGregor originally joined the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2009 to assist in the Development Department with special focus on raising funds for research into Breast Cancer. With the establishment of Breast Cancer Ireland in 2012, Samantha continues her role which includes fundraising; marketing, financial management; database management and donor stewardship.
Trudi completed her general nursing training in Beaumont Hospital in 1997 and worked as a staff nurse in Beaumont until 2001. Trudi began working for Professor Hill as a research nurse in breast cancer in 2004 firstly in St Vincent’s University hospital, and then moving to RCSI and Beaumont Hospital in 2006. She completed her graduate diploma in breast care nursing in 2009, and her role with Prof Hill developed into both a clinical care of patients with breast diseases as well as research after this.
