Aisling joined the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2005 as Director of Development to lead and manage the College's ambitious development plans. As part of this role she manages the ongoing development of Breast Cancer Ireland at RCSI, a key strategic focus area within the organisation.
Prior to this, Aisling established and worked with the University of Limerick Foundation (1989-1997). She subsequently moved to Dublin where she worked as a Senior VP with CCS Ireland (1997-2005), providing fundraising counsel to a range clients. With over 20 years fundraising experience Aisling has managed campaigns for universities, schools, churches, arts and cultural institutions.
